On management: approves every maintenance spend, leads monthly finance reviews, oversees profitability, makes the technical call on every contractual decision across the portfolio.
On development: every deal analysed and stress-tested before it reaches the team. Every refurb budget controlled. Every contractor cost approved. When the build needs a technical decision, Jacob makes it. Contractors don't bluff him.
Qualified electrician and qualified plumber. Built and scaled his own electrical business before making the deliberate choice to commit to property full-time.
